Alpha 9: Glitch Proximity

With this change, the player now gets a better sense for their proximity to the artifact in the stage.
The closer the player gets, the more the screen glitches. To avoid constant glitching close to the artifact, the glitching stops for a period of time whenever the artifact takes damage.
